WHAT IS A “SPRING START UP”? A start up means powering up the sprinkler system, checking the main components of system, adjusting for performance (adjusting spray patterns, raising or leveling heads, minor nozzle swaps and programming or setting the controller.) (UP to 60 mins of time)
WHAT IS A “MID SEASON CHECK”? Adjusting the controller and heads for optimal summer functioning (checking water times and amounts so they are appropriate for the hotter temperatures) and inspecting system for any recommendations or repairs needed. (up to 30 mins of time)
WHAT IS A “WINTERIZATION/FALL BLOW OUT”? Blowing water out of your sprinkler lines, pumps and turning off controller for the winter. This is NECESSARY so that your system is not damaged by freezing temperatures in the winter. (Recommended time frame for winterizing is end of September-end of October).
Priority scheduling over any non-contract customers. Net terms. Reduced hourly rate for all service work & 15% OFF PARTS ON THE TRUCK (parts are not included in contract fees).
“Service calls” for Contract Customers: A service call involves diagnosing and repairing a malfunction in the irrigation system, while startups and head adjustments are routine maintenance tasks on a system that’s already functioning. If something’s broken, leaking, or not working, that’s a service call.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or suspend service in the event of non-payment, unsafe working conditions, system deficiencies beyond reasonable repair, or circumstances outside the Company’s control. Service will resume once conditions are corrected and accounts are brought current.
